Edmond Locard was a forensic scientist who formulated one of criminology's most important theories:

Lyon, 1910. A French criminologist convinced a sceptical police force to give him two attic rooms and built the world's first forensic laboratory. From it came a single idea that reshaped criminal investigation: every contact leaves a trace. Dust, fibre, fingerprint — the perpetrator always brings something to the scene and always takes something away. They called him the Sherlock Holmes of France. We took his name.

What stayed with me was the exchange: nothing passes through a life without leaving something behind. I already carried the proof — two scars. I traced them into a wordmark and built a clothing brand around a forensic idea, filing each release the way a criminology course is structured. Founded 2025, run alone between lectures. LOCARD is the trace I'm leaving.
